But there’s no need to worry, your order is in capable hands with the team at Caliminibikespops.

Currently, we primarily use USPS and UPS for our shipping needs. However, we rely on larger trucking companies that are assigned based on the specific area of delivery.

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned with your order. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email or phone with your order number. We take our responsibility seriously, and that’s why we have cameras installed over every packing station to ensure that we are accountable for every item leaving our facility.

We’re here to help you get your product as soon as possible! You can reach out to us via email and provide your order number so we can assist you. We may ask you to send us a video or photo to help us assess the situation better. In case the product has a fault, we may ask you to send the faulty part back for an exchange, depending on the item. Please keep in mind that items must be returned within 45 days and that used items are not covered. Don’t worry, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
If you are sending an item back for a refund within 45 days, you will need to pay for shipping back to GPS. Shipping Cost on replacement orders will be handled by GPS.

For orders requiring assembly, if you wish to cancel after assembly work has commenced, you will incur an assembly fee ($400 for car carrier orders). Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is subject to return charges and restocking fees. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped or refuse the shipment without prior notice, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee of the unit’s value, assembly fees, and any storage fees imposed by the carrier.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your refund to be processed successfully. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
Kindly note that messages left after business hours, emails sent overnight or on weekends, or emails sent to alternative email addresses may not be read in time to prevent assembly or shipping costs. If you receive confirmation that your cancellation has been accepted and is in progress, no further action is required.
We strive to provide timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not issue refunds or accept returns on items that take longer than the estimated processing and shipping time.
There are various factors beyond our control that may cause delays, including weather conditions, disruptions in freight systems, and increased holiday traffic. These circumstances are unforeseen and not valid reasons for order cancellation or refund requests. By agreeing to these terms, customers acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for slow shipping times.

In the event that a shipment is lost or cannot be located by the freight company, customers agree to allow both the freight company and GoPowersports to complete the necessary process of dock checks and loss prevention procedures before the order can be canceled. This process may take up to five days.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the freight company during transport, Minibiketommy will issue a full refund. Please note that it may take 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and issued.
There are times when products temporarily go out of stock. On that product page, you are able put in your email address to be notified when that item comes back in stock. If you are looking for an ETA on a specific product, feel free to email us for better clarification if available.
